One weldable flange, three valves. Carmo’s modular valve system is built on a single flange that HF-welds into your PVC- or PU-coated material, not pipe, then takes an inflation, vacuum or pressure-relief valve. Weld once; fit the function you need.

HF-weldable threaded flanges
The flange welds directly into your coated material on your own line, the weld becomes the seal, typically 1.5–2 seconds depending on material thickness, welding equipment and HF generator. The G3/4″ flange is the base of the modular system: the same welded flange accepts the inflation / pressure, vacuum and pressure-relief valves, so one flange carries whichever function the product needs. It is widely used in demanding inflatable and sealed-air structures, buoys, tanks and ballast among them, and in rescue, marine and field equipment. Stock variants ship worldwide within five working days, in small or large quantities.

Every flange and valve is designed and produced on our own machines at one ISO-certified site in Denmark, with raw materials from EU-based suppliers: full control of the process and a short, resilient supply line for rescue, marine and field equipment that has to perform. The single site also underpins our environmental work: Science Based Targets emissions goals and recycling of surplus production material.
Carmo A/S's quality management system is certified to ISO 13485:2016 Medical devices quality management system by Bureau Veritas (accredited by DANAK), certificate no. DK020611. Scope: Design, development, manufacture and assembly of injection molded plastic components. Valid: 2. September 2026 – 1. September 2029.

Frequently asked questions
What threads does the flange come in?
Straight pipe threads in G/BSP, plus one in the American NPSM. Only the G3/4″ size carries the full valve range.
What does the flange weld to?
PVC- or PU-coated materials, by HF (high-frequency) welding: typically 1.5–2 seconds depending on material thickness.
Which valves fit the flange?
