Weldable PVC inflation valves
Typical applications of Carmo’s inflation valves include:
- Beach balls
- Sleepovers
- Rubber dinghies
- Inflatable sofas
All of the inflation valves can be welded by using HF- or ultrasonic-welding, and are available in free-flow and non-return. We can supply you with the electrodes needed for best welding results.
For small-scale production, prototyping and repairs we also recommend our unique Carmo seal, suitable for gluing soft PVC to PVC. Carmo Seal is resistant to heat, water, oil, petrol, plasticizer and ageing.
The new generation of inflation valves is available in:

- Transparent and blue
- Free flow and non-return
- 5, 7 and 9mm

Carmo’s new generation of inflation valves is optimized and improved regarding the design and material. The former generation is however fully replaceable with the new one.
In case you have used Carmo’s inflation valves earlier, please switch to the new series, since the earlier models will only be available as long as stock lasts.
