Using a stand-alone HF electrode for welding PVC Cleat

Carmo’s HF electrodes are available as stand alone models, and in models for use in the series of tools and machines available.

Also the HF electrodes are available in special functions and with added functionalities:

Singlesided welding		Will mount the component on one side only. Relevant for most geometries
Double sided welding		Will mount a component on each side of the foil. Primarily relevant for mounting reinforcement eyelets in automatic machines or the UG4 tool
Perforating action		Will perforate the material for manual removal
Punching action		Will completely punch the material
