05-047 - Plastic Rope Support for 5 mm rope

Line support suitable for inner liner bags, play equipment, inflatables etc. Typically used for attaching rope, wire or guy-line to tents, inflatable constructions etc. Rope/cord/shock cord up to Ø5 mm diameter can be fed through the hole.

Position the cleat on top of the sheeting and high frequency weld using the Carmo electrode. Alternatively, punch an oval hole in the substrate, feed the cleat through from the back and weld from the front. This gives the end product a ’lighter’ look.

These components are manufactured in Denmark by Injection Molding, securing high quality, low unit prices, focus on sustainability and respect for the enveronmental impact of production.
