Weldable inflation valves made of PVC or PVC/PUR

Carmo inflation valves for inflatables are available in a number of sizes and materials, covering variants with or without plugs and variants with or without non-return

Typical applications include:

  • Sleepovers
  • Rubber dinghies
  • Inflatable sofas

Available in:

  • Weldable PVC or PVC/PUR
  • Transparent, natural, white or black
  • Free flow or non-return

Most of Carmo's inflation valves are weldable using High Frequency or ultrasonic welding equipment. We can supply you with the electrodes needed for best welding results

For small-scale production, prototyping and repairs we also recommend our unique Carmo seal, suitable for gluing soft PVC to PVC. Carmo Seal is resistant to heat, water, oil, petrol, plasticizer and ageing.

In addition to above, our main manufacturing strength is quality injection moulding in all technical
plastics - including PVC. Carmo PVC products are made in a number of different PVC grades - all special and protected Carmo recipes.

We can manufacture in cleanroom down to class 10.000.
