Carmo's large programme of weldable nozzles is made of PVC, PE or PVC/PUR are used in a wide variety of applications.

Our weldable nozzles are typically mounted using High Frequency Welding (also known as HF welding or RF welding) or ultrasonic welding. We supply a full range of tools and electrodes for use in existing bar welders.

For small-scale production, prototyping and repairs we also recommend our unique Carmo seal, suitable for gluing soft PVC to PVC. Carmo Seal is resistant to heat, water, oil, petrol, plasticizer and ageing.

In addition to above, our main manufacturing strength is quality injection moulding in all technical
plastics - including PVC. Carmo PVC products are made in a number of different PVC grades - all special and protected Carmo recipes.

We can manufacture in cleanroom down to class 10.000.

We have chosen quality to be the keyword for our production and
distribution. Since 1993 Carmo has been holding an ISO certification and we are today ISO certified according to ISO 9001:2008.
