Carmo sample port connectors allows nurses to take a sample on a patient without breaking the fluid line and risk contamination.

Sample port connectors are available in a standard version (09-785) for use with syringes and needle, and a revolutionary and safer needle-free version (09-795).

The needleless sampling port features a split membrane. This allows insertion and extraction with just a syringe. No neddle needed.

A unique duplex moulding technique secures that the membrane closes completely as the device is removed. Even after numerous penetrations, our seal will remain tight.

The sampleport connector is available in a light blue colour. This allows nurses to easily identify if a needle is needed for sampling or not.

Both versions are made of PVC and are gluable and HF weldable. The blue PE dust cap will fit both versions.

They can be Eto- and gamma-sterilized and maintain functionality.

In addition to above, our main manufacturing strength is quality injection moulding in all technical
plastics - including PVC. Carmo PVC products are made in a number of different PVC grades - all special and protected Carmo recipes.

We can manufacture in cleanroom down to class 10.000.
