Carmo's large programme of weldable line supports and cleats made of PVC or PVC/PUR are used in a wide variety of applications.

As other Carmo components our line supports are made from our own compounds, securing superb weldability, adhesion and unsurpassed durability in use.

These components are sucesfully used in as diverse applications as:

  • Rafts, dingies and floating barriers in the maritime industry
  • Ventilation ducts for mining
  • Tents for camping or humanitarian relief

  • Tarpaulins and lorry covers

  • Emergency equipment
  • Bouncy Castels and playgrounds

Other Carmo accessories in this product segment comprise CAR-Lo attachment clips, anchor points, handles and hooks.

Our Linesupports and handles are typically mounted using High Frequency Welding (also known as HF welding or RF welding) or ultrasonic welding. We supply a full range of tools and electrodes for use in existing bar welders.

For small-scale production, prototyping and repairs we also recommend our unique Carmo seal, suitable for gluing soft PVC to PVC. Carmo Seal is resistant to heat, water, oil, petrol, plasticizer and ageing.

In addition to above, our main manufacturing strength is quality injection moulding in all technical
plastics - including PVC. Carmo PVC products are made in a number of different PVC grades - all special and protected Carmo recipes.

We can manufacture in cleanroom down to class 10.000.
